About the Transition to Repete Plus

Repete is scheduled to be removed from new distribution on the App Store at the end of October 2026. If you have already installed Repete, you can continue using it.

Future development and support will be focused on Repete Plus. The core features available in Repete can also be used for free in Repete Plus, and learning time records from Repete can be transferred to Repete Plus.

"Repete" is a helpful audio player for language learners.
You can play phrases with intervals, making it convenient for repetition, dictation, and shadowing.

Features:
* Find silent parts between phrases and automatically separate them
* Interval after phrase playback can be set in seconds or as a ratio to phrase time
* Playback speed can be changed
* Background playback
* Recorder
You can record both the teaching materials and your own voice, so you can study while checking your utterances!

You can use music libraries, podcast, or audio files imported via cloud storage, AirDrop, or the Files app.
* "Protected files" such as iTunes Store AudioBook and Apple Music songs cannot be played.

To align with the new Liquid Glass design introduced in iOS 26,
the appearance of navigation elements has been refreshed so they blend naturally with the updated system style. 7.7.4 11/16/2025 Added an introduction to the “Silence Splitter” app in the Settings screen.

Silence Splitter automatically splits audio files at silent parts and saves each segment separately.

These features were removed in version 7.5, but due to popular demand from users who found them essential, we’ve reinstated them in this update. 7.6 04/13/2025 We’ve overhauled our internal implementation for better stability and bug fixes!

- Since we introduced a feature to show the previously selected section first, “Sort By” has become less relevant.

- The standard Files app now makes these features less necessary.
- Maintenance also required significant resources, so we decided to remove them.
